The Challenge

When FleetCheck partnered with Net Visibility in September 2023, their primary goal was to validate whether a pull-based digital strategy could generate meaningful leads.

Operating in a competitive and complex fleet management sector, they knew their typical sales cycle was long and research-driven. They needed a digital strategy that could not only attract the right decision-makers through search but also keep the brand front-of-mind as prospects explored other options and circled back. Without a clear structure for nurturing this journey, FleetCheck risked losing potential customers mid-funnel.

Results

Since launching in late 2023, FleetCheck has seen over 220,000 targeted impressions, more than 4,000 clicks, and 150+ conversions, with a return on ad spend of over 300% — proving the power of a well-integrated and insight-driven marketing strategy.

Our Solution

We started by launching targeted Google Search campaigns, carefully crafted to reach users actively looking for fleet management solutions. Our aim was to generate qualified leads from those already showing intent — and it worked. The data showed that people were interested but took their time before converting, often returning via organic search after initial interactions.

To support this longer decision-making cycle, we layered in Google Display remarketing to re-engage visitors who had interacted with the site but hadn’t yet taken action. These visual prompts helped reinforce the FleetCheck brand and ensured prospects didn’t forget them during their comparison process.

Building on this success, we introduced a LinkedIn advertising strategy to meet several key objectives: promote the launch of FleetCheck’s new app, engage with recognised fleet operators and accreditation scheme members, and target new client acquisition within niche B2B audiences. Every campaign was data-informed and audience-specific, contributing to a full-funnel strategy that drove results while continuously learning and improving.

Together, these campaigns formed a cohesive digital strategy — one that attracted, nurtured, and converted leads in a way that aligned with FleetCheck’s longer sales cycle and high-value offering.
