Filling the gap – helping Meon Dental Get Strategic Online

We worked with Meon Dental for 2 years, helping them optimise their online presence and drive business growth with strategic digital marketing campaigns.

The Challenge

Meon Dental wanted to grow their patient base and promote their Invisalign services. Their target audience was local, so they needed to stand out from their competitors in what is a fairly crowded marketplace. They asked us to help create targeted campaigns to drive leads, and to optimise their websites for better conversion rates.

The Net Visibility Approach

Our first job was to install full tracking on Meon Dental’s website. This allows us to monitor visitor behaviour and refine our campaigns as we go, based on actual data insights.

Then we undertook some in-depth research to help us get to know the local market and Meon Dental’s competitors. We identified key search terms potential patients were using and developed a dual campaign strategy:

  1. Cosmetic Dentistry (Invisalign) campaign
  2. New Patient Acquisition campaign

We used targeted ad placement, limiting our adverts to users within specific local areas, ensuring relevance and higher engagement.

We also tailored ad content so that it highlighted the proximity and convenience of Meon Dental’s services.

We reviewed and refined our keywords to include specific terms likely to help conversions and used negative keywords to avoid attracting irrelevant traffic (such as ‘NHS Dentists near me’) to focus on private clients.

The Results

Targeted and well-researched, these campaigns produced excellent results for Meon Dental. Whenever the ad campaigns were active, Meon Dental received a steady stream of enquiries.  When the ads were paused, the leads dried up.

It’s the perfect demonstration of what a well-executed strategic campaign can do.

Our online ad campaigns produced some really cost-effective leads. With cosmetic and private dentistry costing thousands of pounds, £50 per lead for new patients and £100 per lead for Invisalign patients is a pretty significant ROI.

Our consultancy work scaffolded these campaigns, helping them to optimise their website to prevent drop off. We’ve helped them improve the customer journey across their site, with dedicated landing pages to maximise potential conversion rates.

We’ve also worked with Meon to implement phone tracking, allowing them to gain deeper insights into call sources, which has shown a further reduction in their cost per lead.  

All in all, we’ve loved working with Meon Dental and are delighted we’ve achieved such great results for them. You could say it’s put a smile on all our faces.
