Country Life Pest Control had been running online ads for a while but were feeling they weren’t quite finding their audience. They contacted Net Visibility for a free review of their online marketing campaign, and we were happy to help.
As with all our (free of charge) ad reviews, we spent time looking at Country Life’s existing ads, keywords and website and immediately spotted several ways we could instantly boost traffic to the site.
We presented our recommendations to Country Life – they asked us to execute the recommended changes for them and to take on all their search and local service marketing.
Our first step was to install tracking across their website. This enables us to monitor customer journeys and behaviours. We used the data gathered to recommend and prioritise changes to their website to further improve the customer experience.
We then turned our attention to the existing ad campaigns. Tightening up search terms and refining the wording on the ads. We used detailed drivetime location targeting to ensure potential customers were based within the service radius of the business. We also created a 12-month ‘pest schedule’, making sure we were using relevant ads for specific pests when they might be most prevalent e.g. wasps in the summertime and rodents in the colder months (even those with furry coats prefer a warm spot in winter).
Within months of working with us, Country Life Pest Control was seeing a huge uptick in visitors to their site. Now, each month, over 2,500 people see their ads and we drive around 270 relevant visitors to their site. Before working with us, they had a CTR of 1.61%, now it’s just shy of 8%. We’ll be honest, we’re pretty chuffed with that result.
But we’re burying the headline here. Country Life Pest Control has expanded their service areas and grown their technician team to deal with the swarms of business our online ad campaigns have brought in. Now that is what we call success!
Country Life Pest Control is a family run business based in beautiful Warwickshire. The team has extensive experience in pest control and prevention and offers a fast and friendly service. The fully insured and qualified team are ably supported by Chloe the dog who (unlike her colleagues) accepts payment in biscuits.
