Orbit Homes approached us with a clear goal: increase interest and enquiries across 30 different housing developments spanning the Midlands, East, and South of England.

They needed a digital strategy that could scale, adapt quickly to availability, and – crucially – resonate with homebuyers looking to settle locally.


With multiple sites in different regions and varying stages of availability, Orbit needed a campaign structure that could handle frequent updates while still maintaining strong brand consistency. Each development required tailored messaging to attract customers at a local level, rather than through broad national targeting.

Results

The results spoke for themselves: increased web traffic, stronger brand recognition in local areas, and most importantly, a clear rise in house sales. Buyers were far more likely to engage with ads and enquire when taken to a local page, proving the value of hyper-targeted digital strategy.

Our Solution
