The Challenge

Orbit approached Net Visibility as they wanted to get listings of 30 different housing sites in multiple site locations from the Midlands and the East right down to the South.  The goal was to engage customers looking to buy or relocate and increase an online presence to drive interest.

The Net Visibility Approach

As there was a large-scale target market, our account management team set up seasonal and local campaigns and coordinated closely with Orbit’s marketing team.  To ensure we had the most up to date information, our team were very responsive to the ongoing changes i.e what had been sold and what was coming soon.  This helped to build a brand awareness in the local areas targeted.

The Results

We saw the results in the increase of numbers of houses sold.  It was made clear that people like to buy from a local page rather than a national website. By creating local landing pages, this meant that our locally targeted areas and campaigns worked well and we could use this to drive more leads.
